Building 8165 Addition

The Alliance Team developed a budget cost estimate for an addition to the Building 8165 at Webster Field annex at Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The team conducted a site survey and market research to develop the cost estimate in accordance with UFC and AT/FP requirements.
