Fort A.P. Hill Program Development

The Alliance Team provided cost engineering and program-level analysis for four renovated and new facilities, as well as site improvements. The study identified short and long-term needs, developed a capital investment strategy in support of the needs assessment, and produced parametric cost estimates and a DD Form 1391.
