Marine Barracks Communications Hub

Alliance supported the relocation and renovation of the Communications Hub at Marine Barracks Washington. The Alliance Team performed a risk analysis utilizing Crystal Ball, detailing the risk for cost overrun, an increase in labor for overtime and additional time on-site for the infrastructure modification, interior alterations to include architectural, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical, and fire protection systems for the communication center.
