Scott Air Force Base Value Engineering Study

The Alliance Team conducted a value engineering study and detailed cost estimate for two facilities at Scott Air Force Base. A value engineering study was conducted for the base medical clinic and included a Logistics Renovation and Infrastructure Repair cost estimate. The second project included the renovation and expansion of the Veterinary Treatment Facility.
